These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Look at it AI ("the Service"), an AI-powered furniture upholstery visualization tool operated by [YOUR LEGAL NAME] ("Look at it AI", "we", "us", "our"), based in Georgia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Look at it AI lets you upload furniture photos and preview how they would look in different fabrics, textures, or colors using AI image generation. Outputs are visualizations only and may not exactly match a finished product.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be of legal age to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. If you sign up on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- upload content you do not have rights to, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- upload illegal content, hateful content, sexual content involving minors, deepfakes of real people without consent, or content intended to deceive;
- attempt to interfere with the security of the Service (probing, scraping, malware, reverse engineering, circumvention of technical limits);
- resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
4. AI Outputs
You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for how you use the AI-generated images, and for verifying their accuracy before relying on them. AI outputs are previews and may contain inaccuracies, distortions, or color shifts. They are not a substitute for inspecting the physical product. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs at our discretion. We may suspend accounts for repeated abuse.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the Service, including software, models, branding, and documentation. You retain rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. AI-generated images derived from your inputs are yours to use, subject to these Terms and any third-party rights in your inputs.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at the email on the contact page with a takedown request. We act on valid notices and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 7. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security/fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, you may export your data within 30 days; afterwards we may delete it.
9. Warranties & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where law prohibits limitation.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
